Our Introduction

By hiring Snow Mountain Design services, you are guaranteed creativity & versatility as well as integrity. An initial complimentary consultation is the starting point. During this time, the designer offers references and a portfolio for the client to view.  From there, the designer gathers research information from the client in the form of a client interview. This process will assist the designer with conceptualizing a potential plan for implementation. The basis for this information collection is necessary to envision the scope of the project. At this interval, the client's vision, needs and budget are incorporated. Every project's top priorities encompass these necessary and critical elements, for the final completed project to be a success.

Budget Proposal

Design products and services have several compensation possibilities. Prior to a project's start date, a contract is signed and a retainer fee is charged. The client will be presented with a prepared detailed budget proposal for your approval - In which a percentage of time allowances are required; as would there also be a fee for downpayments on merchandise purchased. The remainder of the payments for products are due upon delivery.  The final fees for time compensation are due once the plans have been submitted to the client and following the final presentation of the services rendered.

The Process

Upon the next meeting, the designer will present several plans to the client with an array of options to choose from. After these decisions have been made, further contact will be prevalent through phone contact, e-mail, fax, or in-person, depending upon the circumstances. From this point, the execution of installation and deliveries will prevail until the final completion date arrives.
